Electricity meter test system
Single- and three-phase test benches, reference instruments and power amplifiers to IEC and ANSI – technology from ZERA, part of the inotech group since 2026, with system integration and service from a single source.
What the system delivers
The test benches generate current and voltage via electronic power amplifiers and compare the meter pulses with a class 0.02 reference meter. Single- and three-phase meters, transformer-operated meters and combination meters are tested on the same platform.
Test sequences to IEC 62052/62053 and ANSI C12 are pre-configured, as are communication tests for smart meters including DLMS. As part of the inotech group, test software, ERP integration and service concept come from the same source as for the gas, water and heat systems.
The systems are used by meter manufacturers, network operators, metrology authorities and calibration laboratories – supported by inotech Spain Meter Calibration Systems S.L. in Barcelona.
