What the system delivers
The test rig holds gas pressure regulators and applies defined inlet pressures and flow rates. It records the control curve, the response of the safety shut-off and relief devices, and internal and external tightness.
As domestic gas pressure regulators are installed directly at the meter, regulator and meter testing can be mapped into the same production flow – with the same test software, report structure and ERP integration.
The test rigs are used by regulator manufacturers, meter manufacturers with a regulator portfolio, utilities and verification bodies.
